Chairman of the Bahrain Kuwait Trading & Contracting Company Mr. Nasser Al Nasser stressed that Bahrain came out as top on the feasibility study conducted which led his company to choose the Gulf state for its first real estate project, Vision Tower.

The statement was released along side the with the successful collaboration of Ersan Real Estate and Vincci Property Management and Development for the launch of Vision Tower and official start of sales done in Diplomat Hotel Radisson Blu.

Nasser mentioned that Bahrain has all the ingredients needed that made it an attractive investment hub, especially after improving foreign investments policies by offering 100%  foreign ownership of business assets and real estate in most sector.

According to the Managing Director of Vincci Property, Mr. Ahmed Abbasi, the pre-launch booking for the first City Center stand exceeded 50% and the confirmation on bookings reached 45%.

The official Launch of Vision Project and the opening of sales was done at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel.

Vision Tower is estimated to amount to 20 million dollars. It will be located in "New Juffair", in proximity of Fontana Tower and Mariott Hotel.

The tower is comprised of 120 residential units on 27 floors. The apartment's size starts from 66 square meters. The project also includes number of amenities such as spa, tennis court, squash court, 300-meters walkway, coffee shop, cinema hall, security system, monitoring cameras working 24/7 and many more.
