Kuwaiti Bahraini Trading and Contracting Company, in co-operation with Vincci Property Management and Development, has launched Vision tower residential project.

The launch event was held in Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, in the presence of the group of elite real estate business men and major investors from Bahrain and across the GCC.

The implementation of the project began earlier this year and is expected to finish by the end of 2017. It comprises of 120 one- and two- bedroom apartments and is located in the New Juffair along the Prince Saud Al Faisal new road., close to the Fontana Towers and Marriott Hotel.

The tower id the developer's first in Bahrain, and the project includes high-quality services and amenities including a spa, tennis and squash courts, 300-meter-long public walk-way, coffee shop, cinema and 24-hour security.

Vincci Property Management and Development managing director Ahmed Abbasi said on the sidelines of the sales launch ceremony that the reservations have reached from 45 to 50 percent of the total units since it was presented in a project showcase in City Center Bahrain in March.
